I'm a translator. I speak technology and I speak business, and I've built a career helping those two worlds stop talking past each other. I don't arrive with a pre-built answer. I show up, ask the questions nobody's asked yet, and build alongside the people doing the work.

My background spans project management, process engineering, change management, technology governance, and organizational effectiveness, across companies, nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations. I've led software implementations, rebuilt broken workflows, guided teams through change they didn't ask for, and helped leaders see problems they were too close to name.

Executives rely on me to take ownership of the hard things and tell them the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Teams tend to feel, by the time the work is done, like I've been part of the organization for years.
