I work with small and mid-size companies where operations can't keep up with growth, or where legacy operations are the reason growth has stalled. Where AI keeps coming up, but nobody knows where to start or who to trust. I come in, learn how things really work, find what's costing you the most, and build a path forward with your team. Then I stay until it works.

Every engagement starts with a symptom. These six areas are where the root cause usually lives.
01
Business Analysis
I dig into how work actually flows — the decisions, the workarounds, the things nobody talks about in meetings. Then I map what I find to what it's costing, and build the case for what to fix first.
Right for you if: you know something isn't working but can't quite name it.
examples →02
Process Engineering
Untangling how work actually flows and rebuilding it so growth doesn't create chaos.
Right for you if: your team is working hard but things keep falling through the cracks.
examples →03
AI Fluency
I help you cut through the noise and find where AI creates real advantage in your business. When the right fit is implemented, the ROI in time and money will speak for itself.
Right for you if: you know AI matters but aren't sure who to trust with it.
examples →04
Change Management
The human side of transitions, built in from the start — not added as an afterthought when adoption fails.
Right for you if: you've implemented something that didn't land the way you hoped.
examples →05
Technology Governance
Turning tech investments into actual adoption. Not shelfware — real use, real ROI, real accountability.
Right for you if: you're paying for tools your team isn't fully using.
examples →06
People & Culture
Your team has been "professionally raised" in different environments, with different expectations, different norms, and different models of what good leadership looks like. A cohesive, winning team knows exactly what's expected of them and why, gives and receives honest feedback in both directions, and celebrates wins together, as a team and as individuals. I help you build that.
Right for you if: you can feel the lack of trust in the room but nobody's saying it out loud.

Every engagement follows the same deliberate five-step process. The challenges vary. The sequence doesn't. What also stays constant: the people doing the work are part of this process from the start. They are what determines whether anything we build actually sticks.
Discovery Conversation
Tell me what's going on. Where is the pain? What have you tried? What ideas do you have? Why now? This is where I start separating the symptom from the root cause.
Deliverable — Shared understanding + scoped audit proposal
Business & Process Audit
I dive in to learn how your organization runs, not what's in the marketing materials, the real version. I'll ask a lot of questions, map your processes, and review your technology. I'm looking for what's working, what isn't.
Deliverable — Process map + opportunity analysis
Prioritize Opportunities
Your opportunities organized as a practical roadmap: what to fix now (quick wins with high ROI), what to plan for next, and what goes on the backlog. Sequenced by impact and feasibility — not just urgency.
Deliverable — Three-tier roadmap: Now / Next / Later
Build & Fix
We get to work — designing and implementing solutions, managing change, and building adoption. I stay and we cross the finish line together.
Deliverable — Working solutions + a team that owns them
ROI & Impact Analysis
Every engagement closes with clarity. You'll know what changed, what it cost, and what it is worth. Time saved, risk reduced, revenue protected, systems improved. No ambiguity.

I've spent 20 years in the gap.
Between the strategy and the doing. Between what leadership envisions and what teams can actually execute. That's where I live. That's where I do my best work.
I'm a translator. I speak technology and I speak business, and I've built a career helping those two worlds stop talking past each other. I don't arrive with a pre-built answer. I show up, ask the questions nobody's asked yet, and build alongside the people doing the work.
My background spans project management, process engineering, change management, technology governance, and organizational effectiveness, across companies, nonprofits, associations, and mission-driven organizations. I've led software implementations, rebuilt broken workflows, guided teams through change they didn't ask for, and helped leaders see problems they were too close to name.
Executives rely on me to take ownership of the hard things and tell them the truth, even when it's uncomfortable. Teams tend to feel, by the time the work is done, like I've been part of the organization for years.
I'm based in Palm Coast, Florida.
